Intellectual Athlete is a new program that utilizes the "Theraputic Core of Sport" to help young people practice self regulation.   These are moments already inherent in the sport through which we have an opportunity to promote growth healing and increased performance.  Self regulation is defined as the ability to sustain attention, recognize emotion and control thoughts feelings and behaviors.   Our practice are  co lead sport psychologist and therapist  who specialize in mind body physical work.   If your child seeks a performance edge, the Intellectual Athlete will help. If your child struggles with anxiety, confidence or screen time addiction this will help.  Our model can  be adapt to any team sport.
